In the HeyTaco admin, there are many ways to manage how HeyTaco works. So if I go to the HeyTaco app, press admin, and analytics the first thing you will see. Here is some analytics on HeyTaco usage. You can even download this data to do a deep dive.
On the bonuses area, bonuses allow you to give a set amount of additional redeemable tacos at one time to recognize a single person. Taco bonuses can be given by admins. Giving bonuses does not affect a person's position on the leaderboard. We see customers using taco bonuses for things like great performance, work anniversaries, birthdays, things like that. So let me go back.
Next, you can click on billing and this is where you go and manage payment or manage your subscription. So when you click on billing you'll be taken to the HeyTaco website. This is the first time if you haven't signed up fully yet. You'll go through this experience that allows you to choose what type of plan you would like. Organizational plan or a team. At the organizational plan you pay for everyone in your organization. For example, I have nine people total in the organization. So, I would have paid for all of them. Or I can pay by specifically team. So if I click on team, then if I select one of my specific teams, like the New York office, you'll see there's only four people out of those nine. So I'll only pay for the nine people. Next you can add in the billing information and payment information. And here's where you can manage these plans.
Let me go back. Let me show you next the people area. Here is a great way to see by people the tacos given, tacos received, as well as in the roles area here's where you can make people team admins as well as super admins.
Team admins allow you to manage the specific team and super admins allows a user to manage all the teams. You have unlimited admins and super admin permissions.
Next, in the redemptions page, anytime anyone redeems a reward it will be listed on this page. You can use this page to indicate if you have fulfilled reward or canceller reward. And then lastly, I'll show you the settings.
You can adjust the messages that go out to the team or the admins things like tacos receive, tacos given, tips, reports, reward redemptions, etc.
In this area, if you go to settings and teams, here's where you can actually set your leaderboard default for all-time, today, weekly, or monthly. I recommend keeping it weekly or monthly. This levels the playing field, gives everyone a chance to be at the top of the leaderboard each week or each month.
